By accessing and using the chatbot subscription services provided by PT Pemuda Inovasi Teknologi ("the Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You agree to use the Company's services in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal. The subscription must be canceled prior to requesting a refund.
• Processing Charge: A 20% charge will be applied to process a refund, deducted from the total refund amount.
• Non-Refundable Items: Certain subscriptions or promotions may not be eligible for a refund.
• Requesting a Refund: Contact our finance team at finance@chatbiz.id with your subscription details and reason for the refund.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days, minus the 20% processing charge.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the services with or without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
